Paramount Animation has revealed several of the voice actors for the upcoming animated origin story coming to theaters July 19, 2024.

The revealed cast members are as follows:

• Chris Hemsworth as Optimus Prime
• Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron
• Scarlett Johansson as Elita
• Keegan Michael Key as Bumblebee
• Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion
• Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime

President of Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Animation, Ramsey Naito, stated at CinemaCon, “I’m so excited and proud to be working with Hasbro and eOne to bring the first animated Transformers movie to theaters for a never-before-told story. I’m honored to have such incredible talents come together to portray these well-known and much-loved characters in an origin story at the heart of the franchise.”

This prequel story is brought to us by screenwriters Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari while Michael Bay, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Aaron Dem, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, and Mark Vahradian are producers. Executive producers for the film are Steven Spielberg, Valerii An, Bradley J. Fischer, Brian Goldner, and Brian Oliver.
