James Eatock (a.k.a. CerealGeek) and Grim2 have uncovered the previously lost version of The Five Faces of Darkness, Part 1 with Ted Schwartz as the voice of Rodimus Prime!

Ted Schwartz was the original actor cast as Rodimus for the TV series, and was replaced by Dick Gautier. Gautier’s lines were dubbed over Schwartz’s, except for a few spots: one in the recap at the beginning of The Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2, and a single line on Goo in The Five Faces of Darkness, Part 3.

This earlier dub also features a different laugh for Grimlock at the end of the episode, than what was used in the Gautier version.
