Hasbro Pulse and San Diego Comic Con’s G.I. Joe exclusive this year is G.I. Joe Classified Series Cobra Commander in his spore mutation form from G.I. Joe The Movie (1987), as well as his final mutation as a cobra with arms. San Diego Comic Con is occurring July 25-28, 2024.
