Missing Link Ironhide Reveal Translated
Takara Tomy’s Official Transformers Information Bureau account on X posted an image revealing the modes and features of the upcoming C-14 Missing Link Ironhide figure. Below we have provided the image they posted with an English translation and the image without translation below.
Interesting features displayed are a vehicle mode accurate to the vintage Nissan Cherry Vanette of the original 1984 Ironhide figure, a robot mode invoking a form more akin to the animation model used in the Sunbow animated series as well as the majority of the issues of the Marvel Transformers comic.
On top of those there is a Respect Mode so named because it respects the original form the 1984 Ironhide toy had for a robot mode, with the face displayed as a sticker on the seat and lower shoulders, though the missile platform now mounts upon the figure’s back. It remains to be seen if the platform can be changed to resemble its original form, which the Ironhide figure would stand upon.
It also comes with a female Dianaut-like pilot figure that resembles the younger incarnation of Carly Witwicky, refencing back to the season 2 Sunbow episode, The Immobilizer. This pilot figure can be seated within the chest/cockpit of car, robot and respect modes.
It also includes three rockets attached to a sprue, a laser weapon, a drill, collector’s card, decoder film, instructions, rub symbol (factory applied), and booklet.
The X account also announces that Preorders will begin on Wednesday May 13th, 2026.
